Joker’s Daughter is collaboration between Helena Costas and Danger Mouse. The video was completely handmade using painted paper puppets, painted backgrounds and actual objects which were animated frame by frame on a 6 level multi-plane. Directed and animated by Hayley Morris who recently won Best Animated Short at the Sundance Film Festival.

One of the best film trailers I have seen in a long time, and it could only have been made by director Harmony Korine.
TRASH HUMPERS follows a small group of elderly Peeping Toms through the shadows and margins of an unfamiliar world. Crudely documented by the participants themselves, we follow the debased and shocking actions of a group of true sociopaths the likes of which have never been seen before.

Over the weekend I came across American photographer Bobby Neel Adams work, and was instantly captured by his arresting images. As he describes himself, he began in the late 1980s to use a photomontage technique which he termed “photo-surgery”. read more

German artist Dirk Skreber who works out of New York has just added a new car to his series of terrifying yet striking car crashes, see the Audi below. Hopefully he will exhibit at this years Frieze Art Fair.
