In his approach to intaglio printmaking, Richard Artschwager uses a variety of techniques-softground, hardground, drypoint, aquatint and roulette-to create the many textures and lines that define his images. In prints done at Harlan & Weaver, Artschwager revisits the six-object motif-table, window, mirror, door, rug, and basket-that has concerned his imagery for over three decades.
