PLAN B

Plan B opened in September 2005 in Cluj, the main city of the Romanian province of Transylvania. Initiated by Mihai Pop and Adrian Ghenie, Plan B functions as a production space for contemporary art; at the same time it is a research center focusing on the Romanian art of the last 50 years, by revealing works of remarkable artists without previous international exposure. Filip Dujardin

In addition to his more traditional work, Belgian photographer Filip Dujardin creates imaginary buildings by resampling pictures of real buildings; that is, he digitally pieces together elements of existing architecture to create fictional structures. Dujardin often starts with a specific idea for an image, then creates a cardboard maquette or a 3D computer model of the final shape he has in mind. read more

Yara De Nicola is a Milan based fashion photographer who has worked on various projects for Italian fashion publication PIG Magazine, as well as London mag Pigeons & Peacocks. Candice Milon

Candice Milon is particularly fascinated with the history of painting and its classical symbolism. Early on she developed the idea of introducing these traditional themes into the world of the photographic image. Eager to incorporate the notion of a particular sense of stillness that many classical paintings contain, she shoots in a way that replicates a sense of isolation.

Elinor Carucci

Born 1971 in Jerusalem, Israel, Elinor Carucci graduated in 1995 from Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design with a degree in photography, and moved to New York that same year.
