Thenjiwe Niki Nkosi is a South African-American painter and multi-media artist. She divides her time between studio work, performance and navigating the field of art as social practice. Her first solo exhibition, Gymnasium, took place at Stevenson, Johannesburg. In 2019, she won the 15th Tollmand Award, an annual South African award for visual artists.
