Jonathan Turner

Jonathan Turner is a Brooklyn-based artist working primarily in video and animation for performance, installation and interactive media. Through these mediums, Turner has been exploring and questioning the role of memory and perception in the face of an increasingly technology-influenced social and natural world. The nature of Turner’s projects have led to a series of enduring collaborations with other musicians and visual artists, including musicians/composers Clarice Jensen, Michael Harrison and Cameron Mesirow (Glasser); artists Tauba Auerbach, Josh Kline and Anicka Yi. He is also a founder member of the art collective Yemenwed.
