Born in 1977 in France, Alexandre Joly lives and works in Geneva. He studied at Geneva University of Art and Design where he took his postgraduate degree in 2003. His works have been exhibited in Switzerland, France and Germany, and he has received a number of prizes and artist residency grants.

Patrick Carpentier was born in Brussels March 22th, 1966. Educated with a theatrical background based on the Jacques Lecoq method at Kleine Academy in Brussels. He worked on a dozen theatre productions during the 1990s as an actor, scenographer and/or director. read more

The Venezuelan artist Mariana Monteagudo best known for her Munecas, doll sculptures, is beginning a new body of work. Little heroes, action figures, cartoon characters such as Betty Boop and Barbie dolls are the sources of inspiration for her new series titled Fake Idols.

A professional S&M Dominatirx and Master were hired for 24 hours to come and guide an artist through a days work. Through embarrassing yet self indulgent actions (such as phoning the Barbara Gladstone Gallery and pleading the receptionist for an appointment) the myth of the artist ego is disembodied and ridiculed.
