Hector Zamora is a Mexican artist based in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Working extensively in public space over the past decade, the artist creates major works that often rearticulate the physical characteristics of a specific urban or architectural environment. On May 25, 1973, Jason Nocito was born in Mineola, NY. He was raised by his single mother in suburban Long Island, but he traveled to Manhattan every other weekend to visit his father. His interest in photography started at the age of 13, when his older brother handed him down a camera. His interests were punk rock and skateboarding, and his first images were of bands and his friends hanging out at shows. Even then, he knew photography would play a huge roll in his life. read more
