Maya Kapouski is photographer and visual artist based in Galicia, in the northwest of Spain who is currently completing her PhD. Her practice reflects on the limits between art and life and the application of one to the other. Through her artwork she questions the values of the adult world and rejects the obligation to leave the teen age which defends a critical and creative attitude. Underpinning these working methods is an ongoing process in sculpture, fashion, design, art direction and wedding photography.
