Lucia Kempkes – Marry Me?

Confronted with Visa difficulties like every other foreigner in New York city, artist Lucia Kempkes’ project Marry Me? grew over time from a small audiopiece to a romantic Proposal to the whole city.
The work contains the first flyer where she ask for marriage and 54 love poems, made out of the answers to the flyer (printed on the same Paper (lettersize) as the first flyer) and a videodocumentation of her, posting the flyer in the city, while you can listen to the original voicemails as audio.
