New music video from Air’s forthcoming album “Love 2” out in October. This beautifully animated video was inspired in part by the ’70s series Schoolhouse Rock, and is a perfect counterpart to the music of AIR.
Directed by Mrzyk & Moriceau and animated by Paris based studio Mathematic.

In January of 2007, while visiting his homeland of Australia, Heath Ledger presented Isaac Brock of Modest Mouse with an idea to direct a video for their yet-to-be-released song “King Rat”. Heath’s vision, brave and unapologetic in its nature, would marry his love of bold and original music with his impassioned stance against the illegal commercial whale hunts taking place off the coast of Australia each year. read more

Joker’s Daughter is collaboration between Helena Costas and Danger Mouse. The video was completely handmade using painted paper puppets, painted backgrounds and actual objects which were animated frame by frame on a 6 level multi-plane. Directed and animated by Hayley Morris who recently won Best Animated Short at the Sundance Film Festival.

Tobias Stretch, is one of the most inspiring film directors that I have come across in recent years. His stop-motion animation films and bizarre dreamlike characters are visually striking and magical. He has directed the critically acclaimed video for Efterklang’s Illuminant, and the Aniboom-winner for Radiohead’s Weird Fishes.
