These portraits of masqueraders build on Phyllis Galembo’s work of the past twenty years photographing the rituals and religious culture in Nigeria, Brazil, Cuba, Jamaica and Haiti, as well as the homegrown custom of Halloween in the United States. read more

Roadmap 2050 is a proposal to set in motion an invisible revolution in the energy sector which would stabilize the Earths climate. The project is a design for a feasible and affordable Europe-wide power infrastructure which can be implemented by 2050 with existing technology. For the exhibition Marina Abramović: The Artist Is Present, The Museum of Modern Art’s first performance retrospective, Abramović performed in the Donald B. and Catherine C.
