The One Minute portraits is a project of quick, small and colorful portraits done within a minute. It is in opposition of the common notion of traditional portraiture (size, long process, posing…). The working frame given by the timing leads to an almost semi-abstract representation, people become patches of colors and yet look like themselves.

PAGE 23 is the first shortfilm that the young creatives Jeroen Houben, Tim Arts and Stefan van den Boogaard made together. Their first effort immediately resulted in the juryprize and audience award at the 48 Hour Film Project in Utrecht (Netherlands), and nominations in other categories.
