Koto Bolofo at Colette

Posted by Fabio 5 June 2012

Koto Bolofo, self-taught photographer from South Africa, born in the Lesotho region, fell in love with the moment in the darkroom when the photograph appears. For him, it’s like ancient witchcraft, voodoo! His exposition Mmmmm presents a history of his work, a selection of forty photographs he has lovingly selected. After a 27-year career and with many years still before him, it must be said that the voodoo continues to work! On Saturday, June 30, Koto Bolofo will be present at colette from 4:30 to 6:00 pm to sign his various books: Dreams, Lord Snowdon, La Maison, Horse Power, Vroom! Vroom!, I spy with my little eye something beginning with S, Große Komplikation, Grand Complication, Venus Williams, Sibusiso Mbhele and his Fish Helicopter, AIR.
