Much of the work of Baltimore based artist Beth Höeckel is figurative and landscape oriented and recalls surreal dreamscapes and whimsical illusions. Through Hoeckel’s collage and mixed media painting and drawing, she conjures a vividly beautiful and mysterious world beyond our wildest imagination.
