Photographer David Maisel lives and works in the San Francisco area, where he has been based since 1993. He received his BA from Princeton University, and his MFA from California College of the Arts, in addition to study at Harvard’s Graduate School of Design. He Seemed Lovely is the graduation film of director and animator Marie-Margaux Tsakiri-Scanatovits of Kingston University, completed in 2008. Based on real interviews and recordings, this short film is about girls talking about men, sex and relationships on a night out.
