Michelle Thompson has been at the forefront of illustration since graduating from the Royal College of Art in 1996. She has worked successfully in publishing, editorial and design. Her illustrations have appeared internationally, most notably in collaboration with the influential British designer Vaughan Oliver. Michelle has also illustrated Cherie Blair’s book, ‘The Goldfish Bowl’. She illustrates a regular column for The Globe and Mail in Toronto.

Justin Gabbard lives and works in the East Village, NY. Drawing inspiration from pop music, new york storefront signs, bright colors and loud people, he creates likenesses from a combination of strong shapes and graphic hand made details that capture the eye. read more

Russell Patterson (December 26, 1893 – March 17, 1977) was a celebrated and prolific American cartoonist, illustrator and scenic designer. Patterson’s art deco magazine illustrations helped promote the idea of the 1920s and 1930s fashion style known as the flapper. Patterson was born in Omaha, Nebraska. Although he claimed he knew at age 17 that he wanted to be a magazine cover artist, he took a circuitous route to his ultimate success in that field. read more
