It doesn’t happen very often but its one of those things that brings people together. Running to the park or hill with anything you can find that might work as a sledge with a big grin or your face.

One of the most magical places in Wroclaw, just two steps from my studio. Small park in the very centre of the city, quiet and full of greenery. Beautiful in every season and every weather. The old-fashioned merry-go-round reminds me of Paris. Can't imagine my Wroclaw without that spot.

Though you might say the city is full of colors, from Velazquez's tones of greys to Miro's vivid strokes and shapes. From Goya's darkness to Picasso's blues, Rastro's potency and variety of people and fabrics, or even shop windows for tourists full of Sevillanas and colorful magnets - the biggest canvas is above all of us. It's hard to beat the intense blue of Madrid's sky. I have no idea if Giotto has been here, but I'm pretty sure he was inspired by Madrid's sky to paint Padua's chapel's ceiling. The smoothest blue of Madrid's sky lies in contrast with the dryness and ocre buildings and landscape gives me torticollis. The colors may vary from mediterranean sea, Yves Klein Blue and Pantone 293C. It doesn't matter how it's defined - it is, for me, a boost of cheerfulness in any place and mindset I find myself in. I won't be able to touch or reach the blueness of this sky, but it touches me. Deeply. And I happily allow it.

The Archaeological Site of Ancient Corinth is an important historical site in Greece located about 78 km southwest of Athens. Corinth was one of the major cities of ancient Greece, and its ruins provide valuable insights into the ancient Greek civilization and the daily life of its people. The archaeological site of Ancient Corinth covers a large area and includes several notable ruins, such as the Temple of Apollo, the Agora (marketplace), the Peirene Fountain, and the Bema (judgment seat). The temple of Apollo was one of the most important sanctuaries in Ancient Corinth and was built in the 6th century BCE. It was dedicated to Apollo, the god of light, music, and poetry, and was a center for religious and cultural activities. The Agora was the center of commerce and civic life in Ancient Corinth and was surrounded by important buildings such as the courthouse, the prison, and the mint. The Peirene Fountain was the main source of water for the city and was a popular spot for social gatherings. The Bema, or judgment seat, was a raised platform where the city officials and judges would make their decisions. Visitors to the Archaeological Site of Ancient Corinth can explore the ruins of these and other important buildings, as well as see artifacts that have been excavated from the site. The site also provides stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the Gulf of Corinth.

As a child I looked forward to wander through the magic forest of 'the Efteling', the amusement park is located in the forested area of Tilburg. Nowadays I find more inspiration in the forested surroundings itself. The appealing security reveals its secrets less explicit and the atmosphere remains mysterious. This is where feeling prevails, and fairytales come to life. You can reach the forested areas on a 10 minutes ride on your bike.
