A new farmers market for Golborne Road and Ladbroke Grove. With up to 30 stalls, there is everything from fish, meat, fruit, veg and bread, and plenty of lunch options too. Opens every Saturday from 9am to 2pm.

Setagaya-line is a local train that takes people across over Setagaya area.

Copenhagen / Creative Space

A lovely co-working space & café, in my favourite neighbourhood in Copenhagen. The community here is warm & welcoming, and the space itself is a dream. Hardwood floors, dusted gem-tone walls, designer furniture, Depanneur coffee, and great lighting in a period building. If you're freelancing within the city for the long-term, or for the short — I'd wholly recommend having a visit.

Oslo / Shop

Strangest second hand store in Oslo, run by two blind elderly ladies, and only open on Mondays and Thursdays. The store is tiny and crammed, you can do a scoop, but the prices are fairy unpredictable, the ladies have a very independent pricing-system.

Berlin / Bar

If you want something a little different from your beer, try Lager Lager. "We are an independent bottle shop and taproom in Neukölln with a passion for all things beer. Choose from our 8 rotating taps and 250+ bottles, with new stock arriving each week. Drink in or takeaway a Growler bottle of your favourite beer using our counter-pressure bottle filler, which guarantees freshness."

Paris / Shop

Climb your way up the escalators to the 9th floor of the Printemps department store (the Beauté & Maison building) for possibly one of the best panoramic views of Paris. You can see pretty much everything from here and unlike the views from the Eiffel Tower you’re right in the middle of the city and can almost reach out and touch the monuments around you. Go up on a sunny afternoon and take a seat on one of the benches, lay down on the fake grass lawn or have a drink and a snack at the Deli-Ciel café.

Berlin / Shop

One of my favorite magazine stores in Berlin – a wide range of temporary magazines and books and the smell of printed pages. Located in the center of Berlin, it's a must go for all print lovers.

London / Theatre

The Almeida, in Islington, is a small theatre with big influence. It's an intimate place to discover groundbreaking theatre and get up close to some of Britain's leading actors. The cafe/bar across has a constantly-changing tasty menu, relaxed atmosphere and free wifi. Open all day and great place to spend time even if you're not going to catch a production.

Paris / Academy

The best macarons I have ever had, light and airy with a chewy center. By far my favourite shop in Paris.

Ting-Ting Cheng was born in Taipei, 1985, and graduated from MA Photographic Studies at University of Westminster, London in 2009. She had lived in London for three years. She is interested in applying photography, text and sound to scrutinize various facets of everyday-life objects and encounters. She has participated in exhibitions internationally, including solo show at Taipei Fine Art Museum in summer, 2011. After the exhibition, she has ‘half’ moved back to Taipei. Born in a working-class family in Sao Paulo, Brazil. In 2003, Jorge Camarotti moved to Montreal, where he pursued a career as a professional photographer and then as filmmaker. Since his beginnings in filmmaking 10 years ago, Jorge has directed more than a dozen short films, both documentary and fiction, always remaining true to giving voice to the most aggrieved individuals of our society. Jorge wrote and directed Kinship (2019), which was selected in many reputable film festivals such as Palm Springs International, Maryland, Clermont-Ferrand, and Regard which received a nomination at the 2020 Canadian Screen Awards for Best Live-Action. His most recent project Ousmane had its world premiere at TIFF 2021 followed by an international premiere at the prestigious Clermont-Ferrand festival in 2022, and earned the director a second nomination for Best Live-Action at the Canadian Screen Awards 2022. Ousmane has accumulated more than 50 official selections in film festivals around the world, receiving more than 10 awards, including Best Narrative short at Aspen International Film Festival and a Grand-Prize at Indy Shorts, both Academy Awards qualifying festivals. Besides working as a mentor for aspiring BIPOC filmmakers, Jorge is now working on his first feature film, Edith. Edith was selected at the highly regarded TIFF Labs for development in 2021.
