Oslo / Area

Maybe my favourite Oslo-street. Lots of nice vegetable stores, and if you start from Grønland and walk up the street, you end up at the botanical garden, which is lovely, and houses the Zoological museum.

Copenhagen / Art

New Art Space inside the designer store of Anne Black. Project space showing international contemporary artists. Founded by Sundays Gallery. First project December 2019 with Daniel Boccato.

Antwerp / Cafe

Right next to the art academy of Antwerp, this small café is a terrific place to sit down and enjoy the view of people passing by. Their coffee is very good and they also have a variety of ways to prepare it, if you're into that stuff.

Seoul / Art

Experimental art space 'Keuk'. Is there anything more important than having imagination in the mind to the people who live in the city? Everyone in Seoul moves like chain of gear. The art space makes people to stop by, and gives chance to flow our imagination, and heals our minds. This space is very small, but slow imaginary space in a fast city. Open Mon - Sat, 09:00 - 19:00

Milan / Library

For paper lovers! One of my fav place in the city is this little cozy place, just 35 square meters all covered by magazines. Basically, you are in heaven. As they say: “Reading Room wants to be a meeting place for fans, collectors, professionals and all those who, intrigued, decide to come in to browse a magazine. A space in Milan dedicated to the dissemination, understanding and appreciation of magazines.” There you can find magazines about: photography, art, fashion, design, music; more than 200 international titles carefully selected. Reading Room stems from the desire to give voice and visibility to a phenomenon that in recent years, through visionary editorial projects, is redefining the publishing system and the sense of the printed paper at the time of the internet. Stockholm / Park

In the summer this is a haven in the middle of the city. It is a public garden where I like to go and relax in the grass under a blooming tree. There is also a cafe and a shop here. Before you leave you should buy a bouqee of flowers (you pick yourself in the garden!).

New York / Other

The light in New York City never ceases to inspire. Walking around early on a sunny morning and looking at the rays of light dispersed through the windows of tall buildings makes me want to scream "New York, I love you!" over and over again.

Berlin / Cafe

This museum of photography is really great, and the highlight for me after the inspiring exhibitions is the good coffee and great cakes at their coffee place. I find myself there almost every second week for a drink and a slice of cake. The food is perfect, the ambiance is nice and it's really alive as a lot of people are coming directly from the running exhibition. At the entrance you can find an interesting bookstore and the best photoautomat of the city right outside. Last but not least, it's only some meters from the Helmut Newton Fondation ( which doesn't have a nice coffee place itself yet ).

Chicago / Place

I'm usually too busy to do this but when I can, getting out to the lakefront at night is truly one of the best things ever. There's something about the night sky, the water, wind and the city behind you that calms everything down.

Krakow / Cafe

Glodne kawalki reach for what is healthy, natural and seasonal. Breakfast is their speciality. They often squint to see a little different.

Paris / Park

Cité de Trévise is impressive for its quietness in the heart of 9th arrondissement of Paris. Trees, a fountain and beautiful architecture, the perfect place to spend some time.

Sean Pecknold is a film director and stop-motion artist who has created music videos and commercials for the likes of Fleet Foxes, Grizzly Bear, BBC and the New York Times. Ileana Moro (b1992) Costa Rica. Currently, she lives and works in Antwerp, Belgium. Moro’s artworks are recognized mainly for her painting in dark tones wanting to expose the depths and layers of experiences as an instinctive relationship to the invisible things and the emotions buried within her daily life. Some represent abstract themes and isolated forms interacting within each other to archieve an intimate emotional issues, mental statements and spiritual transfiguration to awaken the soul, the unseen.
