Los Angeles based, Mauro Gatti is an italian all-around creative guy in love with creating all sorts of other fun stuff. He lives a double life, during the day he’s in charge of content creation at the amazing JibJab Studio; at night he splashes around in illustration, animation, game design, GIFs and children’s books illustration. His work is full of humour and his style is iconic and simple, inspired by the illustration of the 60s and 70s. He is always in company of his inseparable bullmastiff Cyrus and his favorite quote is “A day without laughter is a day wasted” - Charlie Chaplin

Emma Brennan is a multi-disciplinary designer at frog. She investigates and prototypes with unique mediums to explore how they can produce new forms of communication and systems. Her work has ranged from designing technical data visualization tools to running workshops that support patients with postpartum depression. She's contributed to hybrid experiences, strategy, and product design for companies such as eBay, Data & Society, JPMorgan Chase, and AT&T. Previously, she built a design practice within the U.S. Census Bureau’s Innovation Lab. As a UX designer & Civic Digital Fellow, she helped develop programs, digital products and community engagement to ensure government services meet the needs of the public.

Eric is a Youngstown, Ohio born – Brooklyn, New York based artist and designer. His work explores the idea of networks and systems through the synthesis of fundamental design elements, geometry and abstraction. He’s obsessed with technology, maps, data visualizations, information graphics, technical diagrams, infrastructure, architecture and complexity - all of which informs his work. He loves cities, nature, and great food.

Laura Aviva is a Creative Director, and runs the product design studio L'Aviva Home. Originally from Los Angeles, she now splits her time between NYC and Mexico City.

Karabo Mooki is a Johannesburg based photographer & filmmaker born and raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. His work follows unique narratives and authentic emotions in nature, with a focus on distinctive casting and under-represented faces. Karabo Mooki is an internationally recognised talent and has won multiple industry awards for his photojournalism. With a focus on highlighting perceived differences, Karabo’s work shows an authentic and honest side to life in South Africa which explores race, gender, sexuality and class. With his photographs in high demand as fine art prints, Karabo’s work has been exhibited at prestigious galleries such as Art Basel in Miami and worldwide from New York, Sweden, Denmark, Cape Town, London, New Zealand and Berlin. Ahoy. Most of my time I spend with Work&Travel. Exploring, relaxing and getting inspired while trailing is the best way to have a break after a long project. Also meeting people, write and experience new stories of life is what makes not only a trip but also the creative work lasting longer.

Viktor Hübner (*1988, Germany) received a master of fine arts in photography at the Rhode Island School of Design in 2019. He won several grants and honors, including the Rosanne Somerson Scholarship, a RISD Fellowship and a Fulbright scholar.  Hübner’s artistic practice unites a natural curiosity for other human beings and their fate. Wherever he goes, he often ends up in interesting or weird situations with people. These experiences are spurred when he starts to actively observing them and building up relationships. For his project 'Distanz', he hitchhiked from Jordan, through Israel, back to Germany traversing nine countries in only 82 days. Using a minimal amount of otherwise distracting gear and the goal to be a participant-observer to whatever situation he encountered. 'Das Leben ist für uns.', is based on a visit to the Kurdistan Workers’ Party (PKK) in Northern Iraq and the war against ISIS in 2016. The body of work gives a temporary glimpse of the facets of the PKK, their ideology, aims, and influence. It includes extensive audio material and transcribed text to give an insight into the ideology of the party. His ongoing project 'The Americans I Met' is a photographic and oral history project that collects portraits of, and conversations with, people that Hübner encountered during a series of hitchhiking trips across the United States. His journey represents an exploration of what it means to be American at this moment, and of the issues that affect Americans, both personally and politically. Hübner’s motivation as a witness is simple: He believe in the importance of history. As a young boy, he was fascinated by the history of mankind and dreamt of becoming an Archeologist. This dream ended when he understood that he is simply not the person who sits for hours in a hole brushing away layer by layer of dust. Instead of recovering artifacts from dust, he records small layers of contemporary history through his words and lens.

I´m Julia Camoletto ,specialized in Industrial Pattern Making of Corsetery ,Swimwear and Elastic Sportwear. Im the creator of Blumma : a small brand that joins lingerie and swimming that creates and produces comfortable items of clothing, which are designed and handmade in my studio Oslo. The creative process is born from the places where I am living. Nature is my greatest influence: green, flowers and the silence of snow.

Adrian Westaway Co-founder & Director of Technology and Magic at Special Projects Adrian is an inventor, engineer and experience designer on a mission to make the human-technology interaction meaningful and delightful. As co-founder of Special Projects he harnesses technology, inclusive research and magic thinking to devise design propositions that feel familiar yet wondrous. A self-taught magician since the age of 11 and full member of the Magic Circle, he relentlessly pursues his conviction that “designers should use magic thinking and try to introduce surprise, delight and fuzzy feeling in the things they create.” After becoming the first ever James Dyson Fellow in 2007, and a Fellow of the Royal Commission of 1851, in 2010, for his work on interactive lighting systems, Adrian built a playground in Peru, had whisky with Derren Brown as a student in Bristol, and tried to make his teachers disappear. His contagious passion for magic and engineering made him a beloved tutor and lecturer in Design & Innovation at Queen Mary University and the Royal College of Art, in London and a visiting faculty member at the Copenhagen Institute of Interaction Design. There he teaches ‘Magic and Design’, a nomadic workshop where students are introduced to methods of using design and technology to create enchanted products and experiences.
