London / Shop

Sometimes when I wake up it feels like I am at sea watching a big ocean liner pass by. It is the view from my home in one of the two stepped concrete apartment blocks that make up the Brunswick Centre in Bloomsbury. When you visit skip the chain stores of the shopping centre below (except for the excellent Renoir Cinema) and instead get an invitation to one of the small but gorgeous flats with their winter gardens or just wander through the spectacular concrete A frames and across the vast sun drenched terraces on podium level.

Lisbon / Cafe

one of my favorites places to have a coffee or a drink. to work during day time or to enjoy some live music in the afternoon.

New York / Restaurant

Delicious soft scrambled egg, cracked pepper and speck for breakfast or lunch :-)

Jersey City / Art Centre

This is where my studio is located. its also home to the Richard Meier Model Museum, the ICP archives and gallery and much more.

Brunswick / Cemetery

This is a cemetery on Lygon st in Carlton, I often drive past it. When I took this photo a massive storm was approaching, the clouds were moving in and you could feel it in the air. I love storms, you get the feeling like something exciting is going to happen..

Los Angeles / Place

This neighborhood is my home. Since I moved here 2 years ago there has been so much improvement in the area. I am walking distance from the art supply store, gourmet beer, korean barbecue, and every major freeway. I am the perfect distance from everything without being in the metropolitan epicenter. A non-profit organisation, Raven Row focuses on developing an engaging and intelligent contemporary art programme outside of the highly commercial London art scene. The gallery exhibits established international artists alongside those whose work is often overlooked by the mainstream venues.

Helsinki / Area

Töölönlahti Bay is a really nice area in the middle of Helsinki. It's a lovely walk around the bay and especially in the summer you can sit down and have break at the café located up on the hill and enjoy the view.

Great comic shop that stocks small press, and everything else you'd expect to find. The kids section starts at early ages and has something all the way up.

A great place to start the day if you are in South London is Federation Coffee in Brixton Village. The food is great and so is the coffee. This is a very chilled place where you can get both and indoor and outdoor experience (even though the whole place is under the Village roof).

Paris / Museum

I love to spend time in this museum, with great exhibitions about : fashion, graphic design, jewelry and toys. The bookshop is also really good. And basically... architecture !

Throughout her life, design meant a way of ordering the world, and writing, of understanding it. She is the author of the book The Radical Singularity: Essay on Singular Phenomena and a professor of philosophy at various institutes in Latin America. Today she intends to rethink Humanism by proposing a new reading of the modern tradition, under a fundamental premise: that the future does not design humans, but that we design a more humane future.

Dennis then went on to work as a photographic assistant for Rankin at Dazed & Confused before moving to New York to assist Steven Klein. On returning to London Dennis became Studio Manager for Turner Prize winner Wolfgang Tillmans. Throughout this time Dennis built up a relationship with i-D Magazine for which he started working as a freelance photographer after having left his position at Wolfgang Tillmans. Since then Dennis has been working as a portrait and fashion photographer as well as a video director.

Oliver Montiel, creative and art director based in Barcelona. In 2007, after working for different studios and agencies, he and Olmo García founded Bold, an award-winning branding studio that has worked for clients like the European Commission, Barcelona’s Contemporary Art Museum (MACBA), the City Council of Barcelona, the Government of Catalonia and Mercat de les Flors (European House Dance), among others. His passion for editorial design and packaging has helped him direct his career towards projects that focus on the final product as a piece that will increase the brand image and take it forward. His personal projects include teaching in different design schools, editor for Muster magazine and photography. His work has been exhibited in Lisbon, San Sebastian and Barcelona.

Louise Enhörning is a Swedish artist and photographer. After completing a degree in art history from Uppsala University, as well as studies at Stockholms Universitet and Konstfack, Louise Enhörning moved to Paris, where her career kicked of as a photographer. Her work explores closeness in her relationships with her subjects as well as the physical environment, approaching still life, abstraction, portrait and landscape with the same sensitivity. Her work investigate the world like an scientist. Louise Enhörning has exhibited her work in solo exhibitions at Saatchi, Stockholm; Loyal Gallery, Stockholm; 0fr Gallery, Paris; and Bon Gallery, Stockholm as well as many group exhibitions internationally in Tokyo, Barcelona, Copenhagen, Kansas City, Mexico City, New York and Stockholm. Enhörning has worked with clients such as Another Magazine, Dazed and Confused, Vanity Fair and VOGUE, as well as Hermès and Agnes B. She has also contributed to several books including Shoot: Photography of the Moment, Nylon Street Style and Vice Photo Book.
