This hidden gem in Salford is home to lots of Manchester's artists, designers, illustrators and makers — and I include myself in that bunch of creative folk. There are frequent exhibitions, workshops and other events taking place inside this old cotton mill. I see construction sites everyday. When I want to relax my eyes and lungs, I usually go to an old town. I never feel tired or bored. I can walk from dusk till dawn and stop at an old pharmacy and drink cold and sweet chrysanthemum tea.

The reputation of Mission Chinese Food is for being cool, weird, and extremely eccentric, which tends to mean that you either love it or hate it (an assessment that is at least somewhat correlated to your personal tolerance for spice).
