Floating University Berlin is a self organized space and group, where practitioners from a wide range of backgrounds meet to collaborate, co-create and imaginatively work towards futures. It defines itself as “A Natureculture learning site” investigating alternative narratives for urban development. I am totally in love with this place!!!

It’s located on a corner of the Nieuwe binneweg. A really long street that has all kinds of things to offer. For example little designer stores, vintage shops, bakery’s, exotic food, you name it. U.E.B. Has a nice atmosphere, outside terrace, the daily newspapers to rea and kind staff. A lot of creatives work there on their laptops. PS They sell alcohol

Popfuzz is a cultural collective working with music and arts in Maceió and now have become along with the kitchen in their house at a suburbia neighborhood, one of the most awaited places to be when you want to dance and have fun with their kitchen parties.

Ever since visiting the exhibition space, a few years ago, I don’t think I have ever missed one single show. It is one of the best exhibition spaces for contemporary art in London, in my opinion. The scale and the light feel right. The environment is not too overwhelming and not too small. In addition, the bookshop has a good selection of catalogues, art books and magazines.

Lovely Italian restaurant with a beautiful backyard. I usually have the Orecchiette Salsiccia Broccoli or the spaghetti Vongole.

Located inside the Gion Kobu Kaburenjo Theater, a well-known hub of traditional Japanese culture, the Forever Museum of Contemporary Art, Gion-Kyoto (FMOCA) is a place that moves all your senses. Walking barefoot on tatami (smelling really good) you are in the middle of a world where time both stops and rushes into the future. Old Japanese theatre (with the beautiful stage) and modern art - isn't it a dreamy combination? I was lucky enough to see Yayoi Kusama's amazing exhibition there that lasts till the end of February 2019 (be quick!). What is more, the museum has a lovely garden that you can contemplate either from the inside or from the outside, with a red umbrella. Ah, what a place!

I love swimming and I love being outside. London is great if your into both these things. I swim at London Fields Lido which is heated all year round. Its best in the winter when the steam rises from the water and if your lucky its snowing a little on your head. If your brave you can also go for the unheated option of the Serpentine or Hampstead Ponds.
