Though it draws most of its audience during the holidays it is an anomaly throughout the seasons. Is a couple of minutes walk from my apartment. It’s a little waterfall that is part of the Lysaker River, which defines the south western border of Oslo. I think it’s just as beautiful in the summer as winter. I love the fact that there are so many places in Oslo where you really feel close to nature. This place makes me feel good.

Flowers lovers! Orto Botanico di Brera is an hidden treasure right in the center of Brera and near by Pinacoteca. The garden is a university and museum, there they organize events and activities for the public and schools. It has an amazing collection of flowers and medicinal plants, plus little corners where you can stop by and enjoy the silence for a bit.

The former factory buildings of the museum gives you a perfect picture of the textile production of the previous century. But even more interesting might be another important part of the museum called the 'TextileLab' which allows students, artists and designers to execute their designs on the machines. He spends his time exploring the urban and rural alike, simultaneously drawing inspiration from urban decay and natural geography. ALINA GRASMANN was born in Munich, Germany, in may of 1989, where she studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in the class of Karin Kneffel. In 2016 she attended a master class led by Karin Kneffel and got her diploma of the fine arts in Feburary 2017.
