The Design Museum is a museum in Kensington, next to Holland Park, which covers product, industrial, graphic, fashion and architectural design. There is also a nice cafe on the 1st floor with beautiful views of the park.

An unassuming glass door on an otherwise plain facade hides a cavernous space, with high ceilings and huge sliding partitioned walls producing excellent exhibitions in a space you'll want to go back to.

Old Hotels in Ciudad Vieja with little windows are the best for foreigners love stories. This particular hotel makes my mind go back to some Hotel Chevalier's scene. You can hear the people in the streets talking and passing through, little kids playing soccer. The beach is so near you can smell the river.

Big talented creator born in Granada in 1904. He experimented with different creative processes (films, sound, texts...). In my opinion, his activity and vanguardist trend haven't been acknowledged as they deserve. He is an inspiration drive and I admire him.

Sometimes when I wake up it feels like I am at sea watching a big ocean liner pass by. It is the view from my home in one of the two stepped concrete apartment blocks that make up the Brunswick Centre in Bloomsbury. When you visit skip the chain stores of the shopping centre below (except for the excellent Renoir Cinema) and instead get an invitation to one of the small but gorgeous flats with their winter gardens or just wander through the spectacular concrete A frames and across the vast sun drenched terraces on podium level.

Milan / Restaurant

I consider e/c natural wine shop a hidden treasure in Milan. Inside a building with an "Emergency" (that is actually an ONG) plaque outside, the first thing one might think is that is a hospital. Once passing the wall, there's a cute internal square, with Basilica di Sant'Eustorgio view. You can sit both inside or outside, which a strongly recommend for spring and summer days. A nice place for just passing by to grab a bottle of wine and drink it at home, having a glass of wine (they have many options) or enjoying a relaxed evening.
