This small shop is located in the Nine Streets and they sell nice and special publications that are often hard to find because they are self published or published by small press publishers. It's actually in Kuala Lumpur, well, but worth the 50min flight. Authentic and nostalgic, it's been left untouched since the 50s, now with 3de generation family working the floors. No menues, so shoot from the hip... the food is amazing, with minute fresh ingredients and still cooked using firewood. This is one of the best food spots in south east.

Tagebau Garzweiler is an areal in the south-east of Cologne where lignite mining is taking place. Finding yourself on one of the viewing platforms you will have a stunning view over the open-cast mine. The mine is still expanding but in some older parts it is possible to wander through this wide and surreal landscape.

Tanja Hildebrandt is a graphic designer, illustrator and print maker currently living in Berlin. She's currently working on her diploma project in communication design, besides she runs her small label TanTan Things, where she can bring her illustrations and patterns to life. She creates screenprinted textile and paper products such as postcards, notebooks and posters. Everything is produced in small batch series.
