Flowers in September is one of the most beautiful sensations I have in Montevideo. I love the atmosphere...near the beach or in the parks... the wind flowing and mixing the colors... reds, yellows, blues. This is the most inspiring moment for me in the city and my photography integrating subjects with nature is all I do in my work....

Wheather starting or ending your day, this near East coffee shop / taproom has some of the best of whatever you're after. One of the first establishments to brave a then-emerging neighborhood, it's now surrounded by walkable shops and restaurants. A great porch for chilling and a pretty good spot to plug in a laptop and get some work done.

Candace Frazee and Steve Lubanski met at a weekly single’s discussion group called "Seminars for Singles" in Pasadena, California run by therapist, Liz Hargrove. They both had joined this and other dating services looking for each other. In 1993, Steve gave his girlfriend, Candace a white, plush bunny that held a heart with the banner, “I Love You This Much” because Candace called him her "Honey Bunny". Next, Candace gave Steve a white, porcelain bunny on Easter. At first, they gave each other bunny gifts on holidays, but, Steve not wanting to wait, started their tradition of giving bunny gifts to each other, every day. In 1998 they opened the world's largest living museum with bunny collectibles of every size, shape, and matter. This place is nuts!!!!

Home to an incredibly programmed slate of classic, cult, and indie films, this little spot on Fairfax is a cinema-buff's paradise. Parking is a bit miserable, so park for free at Canter's Deli. Put a Hot Pastrami on Rye with Matzo Ball Soup down your neck, then just walk a couple blocks to the theater. Trust me, you'll need to walk a bit after that meal anyway. I've seen a number of special events here, including a screening of Fantastic Planet with sound and dialogue entirely performed by a live experimental orchestra, which made my list of top movie-going experiences ever! There's also a patio out back for intermissions, post-film receptions, barbecues and occasional outdoor-screenings where you can crack open an ice cold PBR or Tecate! Black Box Okhla is performance art space and residency that offers a blank canvas to theatre productions that build worlds within it and how. Plays here to are no ordinary performer/audience set ups. Instead, the seating on three sides of the stage makes for an intimate viewing experience. Impressive and beautiful monument. I enjoy staring at Alhambra's silhouette from different spots of the city. I love walking accross its gardens, with those tall and misterious trees. Inside Alhambra you can find the Palace of Carlos V, which I enjoy so much when they arrange expositions or classical music concerts in it during the summer.

The Art Academy (Academie Minerva Groningen) has several buildings, and this one is still under construction, but some rooms/halls are already done. This is the main Exhibition Hall, and has different styles and kinds of art every month.

Not been in many years, but spent a large part of my childhood watching people row and sail back and forth. It freezes over in winter and in February 1893, Jack Selby drove a coach and four horses across the reservoir.
