Madrid / Museum

Museo ABC de Dibujo e Ilustración is a building with history. It is located in Amaniel street, one step away from Conde Duque Center, in a building that in 1891 would be the first Mahou beer factory in Madrid. It was designed by José López Salaberry, an architect who was intensely and extensively linked to the new city planning of Madrid in the beginning of the 20th century. Forms part of the city’s historical essence and it is in direct relation with the neighborhood, so that since its beginnings, it is thought as a center which is dynamic, open to society and in charge of disseminating and preserving its art treasures.

My favourite commercial gallery in Melbourne, Utopian Slumps represents a group of early to mid career Australian and New Zealand artists. Exhibitions are always intriguing and the opening nights are great for people watching.

Best place to have a coffee in this town. Jacobsen og Svart is a Coffee Roastery, focused on making the most attractive coffee in the market by direct trade, handpicked and fair-pay to the farmers. Great pastries made in-house too.

Singapore / Studio Spaces

Located somewhere off the beaten path, surrounded by rustic vibes and lush greenery, JBCS is a place for ceramic enthusiasts. Besides housing a community of potters and artists working with clay, this place has a gallery, sells pottery related materials and equipment and offers classes for anyone who is interested to get acquainted with pottery. In here also lies a part of Singapore’s pottery heritage, one of the last two remaining dragon kilns.

Montevideo / Other

Flowers in September is one of the most beautiful sensations I have in Montevideo. I love the atmosphere...near the beach or in the parks... the wind flowing and mixing the colors... reds, yellows, blues. This is the most inspiring moment for me in the city and my photography integrating subjects with nature is all I do in my work....

London / Park

I love how much you are aware of the changing seasons out of the city; there are numerous beautiful forests around Hertfordshire to go for a run, a walk or have a picnic. One of the best destinations for a day out from London might be Northaw Great Wood. The main entrance is located on the Ridgeway, the B157 from Cuffley to Brookman's Park.

New York / Market

The Chelsea Market is filled with great restaurants and speciality food stores and pop up shops. I love stopping in and getting a gourmet grilled cheese from Lucy's Whey or a healthy juice from raw food restaurant One Lucky Duck, while shopping for dinner ingredients at the Italian market Buon Italia. For a great sit down restaurant, I love The Green Table, which serves great farm to table food.

Melbourne / Shop

A specialist bookshop that stocks a vast range of books relating to graphic design, photography and architecture, to name a few. Many hours (and dollars) can easily be spent here.

Los Angeles / Restaurant

Adi and I did the mural for our friend Joram's pizza place TOWN in Highland Park. They have an incredible Mole pie, Pesto Pie, and Mushroom Rosemary. Great vibes, great food.

Ghent / Restaurant

Hands down for the best burger joint in town. They also serve some great cocktails. The proof is in the pudding, so go over and grab a bite!

Chiara Bonetti is a fashion and portrait photographer based in Berlin. She works between Italy and Germany. She studied Communication Design at IUAV in San Marino before moving to Barcelona and finally to Berlin. Chiara´s world is made of unconventional beauty, forgotten details, casual encounters, female bodies, un-staged beauty, unglamorous locations and daily life imperfections. All these elements are combined together in order to enlighten from a different angle the peculiarity of the daily routine, that so often bores/tires us. Nai-Dan Chang is a Taiwanese designer based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. She graduated from Design Academy Eindhoven in 2016, currently working as a freelance designer and artistic researcher. Her works focus on the relationship between people and spaces, from which she intends to create "atmospheric objects" in order to arouse our senses without noticing it intellectually.
