Ryan Koopmans (BA, MFA) is a Dutch Canadian photographer interested in the built environment and the societies that are shaped by those environments. Born in Amsterdam (1986) he was raised on Vancouver Island, in British Columbia, Canada, completed his undergraduate education at UBC in Vancouver, and in 2012 received a Masters of Fine Art in Photography, Video & Related Media at The School of Visual Arts in New York City. His undergraduate degree in the interdisciplinary practices of geography, art history, and psychology formed the basis for his interest in architecture and the communities living in that architecture. Koopmans is primarily drawn to photographing surreal structures in our world’s megacities and urban landscapes. Formal qualities in their geometry, repetition, and saturation help him illustrate what he terms ‘the poetry of form in interesting locations.’ In essence, his work documents the points of intersection where the natural and manmade converge. He credits his upbringing on Canada’s rugged West Coast, where distances and vistas are vast, as to why he often photographs from a removed perspective, embracing a large sense of scale. Currently based in Stockholm, Sweden, the majority of the year Koopmans travels around the world for both personal and assigned photography & video projects. I am a young architect fascinated by the city dynamic, dedicated to contribute my part in the liveliness of our urban fabric, professionally as well as a user. On the one hand, I see it as my purpose to design architecture towards vibrant encounters with the world around us. On the other, I see it as my duty to experience this lively reality, to enjoy and be inspired. I love sharing these inspirations with the community on this website.

Daniel David Kent is an Art Director & Graphic Designer originally from Northern Illinois. Previously from Lancaster, Pennsylvania, he now lives in Philadelphia. Daniel works on projects associated with the arts, fashion, publishing, cultural institutions, and activism. Daniel also runs Ceremonious People, a sporadic publishing project, since 2010. Many of the publications involve collaborations with writers, photographers, and illustrators. The publications are made by hand in small editions. Currently ACD @ Urban Outfitters

Shane is a visual artist who practices mainly in screen printing and murals. Shane has work in the permanent collection of The National Gallery of Ireland, Trinity College Dublin and has also displayed work in The Irish Print Museum. He is also co-director of Ardú Street Art Project, which has brought a series of large scale murals to his home city of Cork in Ireland.

Leticia Wouk Almino is a Brazilian architect based in New York, NY. She has lived in Brasília, Washington, San Francisco, Lisbon, London, and again in the Brazilian capital before moving to the United States for her studies. She most recently completed her Masters in Architecture at Yale University in New Haven, CT and is currently working at Robert A.M. Stern Architects in New York. She draws her inspiration from the world of cinema, as she is interested in exploring the interstice between architecture and fiction, real and imaginary, public and private space. She is looking to publish her book, Capital Urbanism, a comparative study of public space in four capital cities in Portugal and Brazil.

I am a visual artist, currently living in Tel Aviv. I illustrate, animate and create music.

Anna Shelton is a photographer and musician living in Portland, Oregon. Her images veer toward nature and nostalgia, with a surreal bent, and she has yet to photograph with a digital camera. She is currently pursuing certification as a horticulture therapist, and working on a photo/writing collaboration with Miki Johnson for LPV Magazine.

Sarah Meyohas (b. 1991, French­ American) uses networks of information, power, value, and communication. Meyohas has had solo exhibitions at Independent Régence in Brussels, Galerie Pact in Paris, and 303 in New York. Her work has been included in shows at the Museum of Contemporary Art Detroit, The Aperture Foundation in New York, Regen Projects in Los Angeles. In 2015, she invented BitchCoin, her personal cryptocurrency. Her current show is on view at Red Bull Arts in New York. Meyohas holds a B.A. in international relations from the University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in finance from the Wharton School, and in 2015 received an M.F.A. from Yale University. She is based in New York and runs an eponymously named gallery, Meyohas, in Long Island City.

Nadya Wasylko is a New York based fashion and portrait photographer with a love for color and luscious, beautiful moments. Her photography has been published in New York Magazine, Dazed & Confused, Photo District News, The Guardian UK, Soma, Fiasco, Gloss and Bullett magazines, and featured on several publications including LINE a journal, Dazed Digital, The Ones2Watch, and the New York Times Style Blog.
