Bimano Zent is a huge space with a restaurant, a huge children's playground and an completely new boulder hall. 

The owners of the very popular and charming cafe Liebling are these days opening a second place around the corner. It´s named after a popular children's song, Kanskje kommer kongen ( Maybe the king will come). Lovely as they are, they want to unite the city's young population with the elderly by running a cafe inside a retirement home. What´s not to like, I think the king should come!

On the corner of a dark, barren corner of the old rust belt city of Youngstown, you will find the best ribs in Ohio (big claim!). The last time I visited I had just eaten dinner and only wanted a drink, but the bartender insisted we (me, my mom and dad) enjoyed some ribs—he gave us a few complimentary bones and even on a completely full stomach, they were gone in minutes. Cheap—C H E A P—drinks, incredible ribs and wings, and a history lesson of an old mob-driven city.

Love this hike through lovely pine and open forest. It takes around 3 hours walking at a good pace. At about 2/3rds of the way, the amazing view makes the effort worth-while. Overseeing Somerset Dam to the north and Lake Wivenhoe to the south, with a backdrop of the far mountain ranges.

One of my favorite store: Winkel van Sinkel! The perfect place for plant lovers. 

The permanent piece called "Meeting" at MoMA PS1 is an etherial experience of light and color and quiet. Sit and look through the cutout in the ceiling and watch the light change both outside and in. You can't tell what you're looking at until maybe a bird flies by.

It’s coming up to Christmas and if you’re like me, i.e. like to avoid the hustle and bustle of a jam packed Oxford Street to find that perfect item for that special someone why not check out Folk Clothing which is tucked away close to Central St. Martin’s near Southampton Row and surrounded by some really interesting shops including the People’s Supermarket.

The Bambi Cafe is well-known for its döner and local celebrity sightings (check out the location facing this one and you’ll find the walls and tables are covered with images attesting to this!). Anytime for Bambi döner is a good time, but you’ll see its busiest and best moments are in the early morning, after a night out.

varia is a space for developing collective approaches to everyday technology. varia is an association whose members organize events and collaborate in work groups. varia is around 90m2 and has a 100/35mbps connection. varia works with free software, provides a set of tools. varia figures things out as she goes, tries to keep notes and is bilingual.

As a child I looked forward to wander through the magic forest of 'the Efteling', the amusement park is located in the forested area of Tilburg. Nowadays I find more inspiration in the forested surroundings itself. The appealing security reveals its secrets less explicit and the atmosphere remains mysterious. This is where feeling prevails, and fairytales come to life. You can reach the forested areas on a 10 minutes ride on your bike.
