Line out the door, but worth it for the chicken sandwich and shortcake.

For me Amer Fort is a true Gem in this city. Built in the16th century it remains intact. The second courtyard is the most impressive part. I love the mix of white marble, the mirror work and the beautifully arranged garden. On Sundays I often go for tea at Hot Pink on their secret terrace where the view is just breathe taking. And for a true Maharja experience what a great way to end the day by having diner on the private terrace of 1135 restaurant.

I have always been passionate about Natural History. The collections in this museum are extraordinary. Founded in 1825 this is the oldest museum in sub-Saharan Africa, includes the only preserved specimen of the extinct Quagga and ridiculously beautiful diorama’s of the Karoo. I don’t believe any natural history collection can be compared with another, this one is old and decaying and quite perfect...period.. If I’m ever short of inspiration this is where I’ll go.

Great little cinema, hidden away in the basement of Aubin & Wills, London. Not exactly a fan of the brand but the cinema is pretty awesome. They show a variety of interesting films and have probably the comfiest seats including armchairs and sofas. Bit dear, but one of the best cinemas I've come across.

I'm a big fan of Richard Serra. As this is the train station I use to pass in and out of London. I think it's safe to say i've spent more time gazing and contemplating this art work than any other on earth! The steel monolith sits in a rather petite amphitheatre with surrounding step/seats. During the week, it's packed with picnicking stray commuters. I just love sitting there.

Nice little bar with a pretty diverse crowd, where you can play ping pong while having a beer. Simple but lovely food to go along with your drink. The only downside is the limited beer choice.

Olga Noronha, a 21 years old, London based portuguese jewellery designer, has been relentlessly examining the relationship between bodies, attitudes and surroundings, both in the wearer’s and the audience’s points of view. Olga’s creations are never mere ornaments, but are art pieces that celebrate the marriage of sturdy mechanics and delicate anatomies. Constantly challenging and exploring the relationship of interactivity, Olga illustrates the connection between ‘to see’ and ‘to be seen’. Wishing people not to be apathetic towards her work, whatever the reaction – good or bad, Olga welcomes doubts for they may lead to surprise.
