The graphic designer Rudolph de Harak created a three-story digital clock installed on the exterior of 200 Water Street. The clock consists of 72 square modules with numerals that light according to date, hour, minute and second.

This neighborhood is my home. Since I moved here 2 years ago there has been so much improvement in the area. I am walking distance from the art supply store, gourmet beer, korean barbecue, and every major freeway. I am the perfect distance from everything without being in the metropolitan epicenter. Antwerp / Botanical Garden

A small but beautiful botanical garden in the heart of Antwerp. Especially interesting if you are into cacti.

Vancouver / Cafe

I struggle with eating out in Vancouver, generally I prefer the burrito style places like Bandidas Taqueria on Commercial drive or Budgies Burritos on Kingsway, because they can keep it mellow and hassle free. Pronto is a new one, it has a great Italian coffee bar from the 60’s vibe.

Trogir / Village

If you go sailing in Croatia, you usually start from a large port next to the old city of Trogir, but most people forget to take time to explore this small town. I can strongly recommend spending a day in the city and stroll around the narrow alleys and eat delicious sea food and ice cream. Trogir is a harbour city that must not be missed while being in this area of Croatia!

Tottori / Hotel

It is an inn where you can enjoy a hot spring while looking at the lake. The lake in the morning is very beautiful.

1st Thursday of every Month from 6-9PM, I like to visit New York Art Center curated by Shane Townley, founder & director of the center and NYA Gallery. This is creative art public space in Tribeca where you can meet established, emerging artists, curators from all over the World and a nice and professional team of NYA Gallery and Gallery 104 - Lucy McCarron, Tony Huffman, Estefania Ochoa, and others - and introduce yourself to them. My solo exhibition New Tech Girls - Bikini Issue will open to the public on Thursday, July 4th with a reception the following week on Wednesday, July 10th from 6-9pm. The show will remain on view until Sunday, July 21st. Bas van Wieringen (b. 1983, NL) lives and works in Amsterdam. Bas graduated from the Gerrit Rietveld Academie in 2011. Because of a family crisis at home, she returned back to Japan in 2008, and soon after discovered photography as a means to express the inner turmoil and happiness that exists within her.
