Craft beer bar + bottle shop with a great rotating selection on tap.

Berlin / Bar

A good place to drown your Berliner winter-melancholy. The bartenders are top notch and the interior is warm but stylish, with the inevitable retro vibe. Open from 6 till late. There´s also a legendary (and kinda expensive) restaurant next door, which provides the bar with some excellent snacks. Works for dates and for friends, but if you´re planning for a bigger group it might be wise to reserve.

Geneva / Bar

“La pointe de la Jonction” is the place where the Arve and the Rhone meet. Both banks have paths, lined with poplars of Italy. A long wooden platform facilitates swimming in the Rhône and relaxation in the sun. This equipment is part of a set of developments enhancing the banks of the Rhone. In swimsuit or dressed, people enjoy festive drinks on beach chairs, they listen to good music, they are happy to be there, by dozens when the sky is covered, by hundreds when it is discovered, the most courted terrace of Geneva living at the rhythm weather reports. Big musical program (concerts amplified or acoustic and more than 50 DJs), with some of the best in Geneva. All styles of music will be represented (salsa, cumbia, regga, rock, funk, soul, jazz, house, techno...). DJ sets and concerts will be held on Saturdays and Sundays from 3pm to 7pm.

Brighton / Pub

I dont like flash bars and pubs. I like committed boozers where you might get away with falling over or being a bit cheeky. This is my favourite pub in Brighton called the Heart and Hand. The juke box is full of some superb 45s inc The Who's Mary Anne with the Shaky Hands, Love's a House is not a Motel and Buffalo Springfield's I am a Child. The ales not bad and the bar staff are usually very nice.

London / Restaurant

This is a great place to eat. Love the burger....especially the fries they are sooo good!

Los Angeles / Place

LA wouldn't be LA without its Freeways. The Golden State Freeway is one of the most familiar places I have. It's my studio, living room, and kitchen all togheter. I can eat a sandwich, make phone calls and check my emails on the go, and even read the newspaper when it's jammed, basically all the time.

Mexico City / Art Centre

I spend three months studying in this atelier, you can stop by to see their stuff and why not have some classes? it is very close from frida's house

Zürich / Lake

Zurich is at its best in the summer, when swimming becomes part of the daily agenda. There are a variety of great places along the river Limmat, most of which are free and open to the public. When it gets too crowded at these, try to find one of the few hidden places along the lake.

San Juan / Cafe

Great café in the Santurce area of San Juan. Spacious enough to work or just meet up for a coffee with someone.

Austin / Other

My favorite thing about being in Austin is driving while listening to: Country, Swing, and Rockabilly Jamboree, Country Roots, The Lounge Show, Non-Breaking Space, The Cutting Edge, Jamaican Gold, Strictly Bluegrass, and Slappy Pinchbottom's Odd Preoccupation, and many more fine programs on offer from the all volunteer community local FM radio station.

Montreal / Restaurant

Pullman is the place to share very good food with friends until very late... the wine card is just fantastic! Full of discoveries... oxidative wines (Jura and other countries), orange wines and private importation from the Vesuvius in Italy or even from the Canary Islands... CRAZY!!!

DOMENICO DE CHIRICO: ITALY, INDEPENDENT CURATOR. Domenico de Chirico is an independent curator from Italy. Born in Bari in 1983, he lives and works in Milan. From 2011 until 2015 he was a professor in "Visual Culture" and "Trend Research" at Milan’s European Institute of Design (IED). He collaborates with a number of international artists, galleries, institutions, art fairs, art prizes, and magazines worldwide. He has been artistic director at DAMA Fair, Turin since 2016. He was also a visiting tutor at Goldsmiths, University of London (2018).
