Wiesbaden / Cinema

The Walhalla Studio Theater opened in 1897. It is an entertainment venue that stages a variety of events throughout the year. Live music, theater, cinema, art expositions, dance shows and an interesting array of gigs are held here. It features interesting and entertaining performances every week. The AA is Britain's oldest school of architecture, but anyone can take advangte of the great work going on there. You can catch really interesting public lectures and free exhibitions throughout the year. There are also occasional installations and event launches, a bijoux cafe and brilliant bookshop. A great place to hang out with the builders of the future.

When I first visited NY in 2010 the New Museum left a permanent impression. I love the architecture and the concept of the piled-white-shoe-box look-a-like building at the edge of the Lower East Side neighborhood. The exhibition program is appealingly different, and the bookstore in the foyer is not to be missed!

San Francisco / Bar

This place makes my heart sing. I’m so happy it’s only 2 blocks away. This teeny tiny little Cuban restaurant/bar is always warm, welcoming, and vibrating with visual over-stimuli. Surreal toy sculptures cover every square inch, and I always find something I’ve never seen before while slurping down my sangria.

Berlin / Place

I never heard about Havel until some friends and me checked out the google earth for a trip at the weekend. We went there in the german winter, oh yes...in the winter. I loved this place because is a small city island with a lake (which was frozen at that time) and with lovely houses and an old mill. I have never been there in the summer but i can imagine how wonderful would be.

I don't go to the movies much but when I do I love coming here... they have the best of the independent and international films and it's the last of it's kind in New York.

Athens / Park

Pedion tou Areos is a large public park located in the center of Athens, Greece. It is situated just north of the National Archaeological Museum of Athens and covers an area of approximately 27 hectares. The park has a long and interesting history. It was originally used as an army parade ground during the Ottoman occupation of Greece, and later served as a military training ground for the Greek army. During the 19th and early 20th centuries, it was also used as a venue for various cultural events, including concerts, fairs, and exhibitions. Today, Pedion tou Areos is a popular destination for locals and tourists alike. It features several walking and jogging paths. The park also contains several large open spaces and a small lake, making it an ideal spot for picnics and other outdoor activities. Overall, Pedion tou Areos is a valuable green space in the heart of Athens, providing a peaceful and relaxing escape from the busy city streets.

For the last 6 years she has been the personal photographer for Kenny Chesney and in 2019 he released a limited edition book; Living Fast Forward: Kenny Chesney which was launched at the Country Music Hall Of Fame. The book featured Allister's black & white photographs of Kenny's life on and off the road. When Allister is not in Los Angeles, CA she is either in Nashville or on the road.
