London / Restaurant

Zédel is my absolute favorite restaurant in London. Beside the fact that I love french cuisine, Zédel is aesthetically pleasing, very reasonably priced, is good for any occasion, and of course - delicious. My favorite is the bouillabaisse and a bottle of the Bordeaux Superior.

Istanbul / Cafe

The Bambi Cafe is well-known for its döner and local celebrity sightings (check out the location facing this one and you’ll find the walls and tables are covered with images attesting to this!). Anytime for Bambi döner is a good time, but you’ll see its busiest and best moments are in the early morning, after a night out.

New York / Club

In a landscape of clubs that all play virtually the same EDM or hip hop music, The Pyramid Club is unique in its choice of soundtrack. Every Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, The Pyramid is open from 8pm-4am for an 80s Dance Party on their main floor that is totally punk rock. Downstairs on the lower level, they switch it up with themes ranging from “Back to the 90s” to “Let’s Dance David Bowie.” It’s also way kinder to your budget than most clubs—the drink specials are pretty much the best you can do in New York.

Mannheim / Restaurant

If you like delicious and high quality food, beautiful arranged, Emma Wolf is the right place. I was there at my 33. and it was an amazing dinner with a perfect service. I also love their plates! They are handmade especially for Emma Wolf.

Montecarotto / Beach

Mezzavalle is a semi-hidden bay located on the Ancona coast, about a 40 minute drive from Montecarotto. To arrive at the bay, it’s a 30 minute hike down the hill. In the winter it has a great atmosphere of emptiness and isolation, a good thinking/swimming spot.

Amsterdam / Area

The Oostvaardersdijk is huge dike that protect the polder of Flevoland from being flooded. It's near the city of Almere that was founded in 1975 on the just recovered land of the Flevopolder. It is a great place to see the skyline of Amsterdam and look out over the Markermeer, the former Zuiderzee. When you turn around you can look down in the polder on an impressive group of modern windmills, in the distance you see the city of Almere. This is Holland at it's core: endless flats with the endless skies you know from Seventeenth century painting. You can drive the Oostvaardersdijk north to Lelystad and cross the lake to Enkhuizen and back to Amsterdam. On the way you drive past Oostvaardersplassen nature reserve, a large area of marshes and wild land in the Flevopolder, where they introduced wild horses and prehistoric cattle.

He is the co-founder of Paleworks Studio which focuses on the variety of producing—in the areas of art, architecture, and design. Born in London, UK 1987, and having grown up in Dubai U.A.E, Sara Naim is of Syrian origin. She moved back to study at Chelsea College of Art and Design and completed her BA Photography from London College of Communication (2010). Directly after, Sara moved to New York to intern for Ryan McGinley, and since, has worked with photographers Peter Funch, Diana Scheunemann and Lyndsy Welgos. Sara Naim has been in exhibitions in London, Dubai, Germany, New York City, and Guernsey, and has been featured on Vice, Dazed Digital, Dossier Journal, FFFFound, The Guardian, and Fast Company. Sara currently lives and works in Dubai.
