Jan Buchczik, born in May 1988, enjoys to make up ideas, worlds, characters, tunes and words. All of these personal or comisssioned creations are in some way part of the same melancholic yet strangely witty universe.

Founder and Managing Partner of Carrie Scott & Partners, Carrie Scott has been a curator, Art Historian and arts writer since 2004. She has developed Modern and Contemporary collections in Europe and the United States, working with numerous businesses, executives and collectors to help them establish, manage, and maintain both corporate and personal art collections. Since early 2010, Scott has also worked side-by-side with visionary fashion photographer Nick Knight to curate his archive as well as curate exhibitions at the SHOWstudio Shop, a gallery that exhibited high profile contemporary artists like Douglas Gordon, Raymond Pettibon, Keith Tyson, Terrence Ko, and Anj Smith, alongside the work of dynamic younger artists like Tim A. Shaw, Courtney Andrews, Charlotte Kingsnorth, and Walter & Zoniel.   The SHOWstudio gallery is now globally recognised as having been a pioneering, ground-breaking platform that nurtured and encouraged creativity by combining the different art forms together in one space.  Before starting Carrie Scott & Partners in 2009, Scott was Director of Nicole Klagsburn Gallery, New York, where she worked closely with artists such as Beth Campbell, Matthew Day Jackson, Rashid Johnson, Mika Rottenberg, Adam McEwen, and Storm Tharp. Prior to that, she was noted curator of the Hedreen Gallery at Seattle University's Lee Center, and Director of the James Harris Gallery also in Seattle, Washington. In 2017, Scott appeared as a presenter on The Art Show, an entirely new art series that richly captures the artists of our lifetime that have inspired collectors and art lovers alike.

Ewa Doroszenko - intermedia artist, Doctor of Fine Arts, lives and works in Warsaw. Graduate of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, scholarship holder of the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland in 2019 and the City of Toruń in the field of culture in 2013 and 2011. A laureate of many international competitions, including Preview – Fait Gallery, Brno, 2016; Debuts 2018 – doc! photo magazine; Debut 2018 – Lithuanian Photographers Association; finalist of Noorderlicht International Photo Festival, 2021; Kranj Foto Fest, 2021; International Festival of Photography FIF BH – Brazil 2020; Athens Digital Arts Festival, 2020; GENERATE! Festival for Electronic Arts, 2019; Der Greif and the World Photography Organization open call, 2018; FILE Electronic Language International Festival, Sao Paulo, 2015; Gray House Foundation Competition, Krakow, 2011. Participant in numerous artist residency programmes, including Re_Act contemporary art laboratory in Portugal, Atelierhaus Salzamt Linz in Austria, The Island Resignified Lefkada in Greece, Petrohradska Kolektiv Prague in the Czech Republic, Klaipeda Culture Communication Center in Lithuania, AAVC Hangar Barcelona in Spain, Kunstnarhuset Messen Ålvik in Norway. Sirli Raitma is a London based photographer. Sirli’s images span portraiture, landscapes and interiors, but portraiture – especially involving ambiguity via costume or displacement – is her heartland.

Living in stockholm. I started my career by assisting many of Swedens top photographers. In the beginning I was intrigued by fashion but over the years my course has changed towards a new more personal photography, holding a slower, more thoughtfull expression. I try to tell subtle stories that has a personal connection. My objects are landscapes, architecture and environmental portraits, often with a calm melancholy where the human influence on our surrounding is an important subject. I currently work for magazines and advertising clients along with my personal projects.

Fransje Gimbrère is a multidisciplinary designer, born and raised in Tilburg, the textile city of The Netherlands, and graduated in 2017 from the Man & Identity department at the Design Academy in Eindhoven. She observes and explores the world with profound critical thinking and an intuitive interest for the aesthetics of shape, color, image and material. This ability to monitor draws her into questioning the world as it is. With her awareness of aesthetic quality, use of a variety of materials and a variety of mediums, Fransje has produced a multidisciplinary range of work. Her concepts and designs often contain contradictory elements and a new playfull approach, resulting in a little idiosyncrasy or raw edge in every one of them.

Mylène is a French art director, currently based in London. She's currently art director for the books and gifts lists at Laurence King Publishing, part of Orion/Hachette UK.

Chris Ballantyne’s work focuses on vernacular architecture and observation of the American landscape.  Banal features of suburban and industrial zones are sources for paintings that highlight the quirky and absurd.  Ballantyne states that, “Growing up in a military family and moving to different parts of the country, there was a certain familiarity to the kinds of houses and neighborhoods. They were a series of suburban developments built in separate regions of the country, always on the outskirts of larger cities, at the exit ramps of interstate highways, and all very similar in age and design.  My own notions of space developed out of this cultural landscape which was striving for an indidvidual sense of personal space,  consciously economic, and somewhere between urban and rural.” Dysfunctional structures are flawless in their strangeness, made beautiful through symmetry, simplified lines and flat, subdued colors. Ballantyne eliminates detail to emphasize the subtleties of the way we experience space and our attempts at containment. He extends these concepts further by expanding the imagery of his paintings beyond the picture plane and onto the surrounding walls. “Most of my works involve combinations of various places, drawn from memory. As well, my own interests in skateboarding and surfing altered how I saw  the use of these structures ranging from empty pools, sidewalk curbs, to ocean jetties in a way that tied in to my sense of this larger push and pull between culture and nature.” With shrewd restraint, Ballantyne accentuates the antisocial effects of our built environment with a hint of humor and plenty of ambiguity. A curious emptiness permeates the work of Chris Ballantyne. Graphically rendered buildings, pools, parking lots, and fences take on new meanings and amplified significance, isolated on flat fields of color.

Paris-based artist Cassandre Montoriol’s traditional gouache drawings are the toast of the fashion publishing world. Her expressive, hand-drawn aesthetic is reminiscent of travel diaries, fashion illustration and textile design, which is perhaps why her feminine style is so often commissioned within the glossy pages of high-end fashion magazines. Recently Cassandre has been illustrating leafy city scenes and the interiors of shops from tiny, cluttered bookstores to towering, gleaming malls. “I make colourful and figurative work, Cassandre says. “Interior scenes, nature, landscape and people.” bio @Agent Pekka  photo @Jean-marc Pau
